Welcome to base living! Mere steps to the gondola but also boasting soaring mountain views, this Winter Park Resort ski-in/ski-out penthouse unit features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with space enough for 7 (1 king bed; 1 queen bed with twin x-long trundle bed; 1 queen pull-out sofa bed. Pack-and-play also provided).

At your feet lies the myriad activities afforded by year-round world-class outdoor terrain. Furthermore: bustling retail shops, a range of village and mountaintop restaurants and eateries, live-music nightlife, Alpenglow Spa, Trail’s End Mercantile, special resort events, and seasonally, a charming ice skating rink or thrilling alpine slide and mini golf. Heated underground parking is available ($20/night parking fee in winter) and makes travel to the town of Winter Park, a short distance away, very convenient. Alternatively, the free shuttle runs continuously year-round.
A well-equipped full kitchen, gas fireplace, and three smart TVs are provided. On-site storage of skis/snowboards/bicycles, picturesque slopeside spas, beautiful common space, a state of the art fitness room, a fun game room, and convenient coin-laundry machines complete the experience. This charming retreat will entice you to curl up in front of the fire, hot cocoa in hand, and at the same time, the view out the window will have you strapping on your boots and heading for the door.

Worked perfectly for a weekend of skiing. Easy to get in and out during the day. Finding the parking garage and keys for the unit were the only challenges initially, but the place was great.

Zephyr 1709
The Zephyr is a great location, easy parking, convenient ski locker room. Stayed in several different units over the years, and have found there's not a huge variety, which is good. This unit had comfortable beds, nice views, a really nice TV, adequate kitchen. The layout is different from other units, and the bedrooms had limited closet storage and skylights instead of windows. I would stay here again.

Winter Park Zephyr Penthouse
Overall very nice property. The pictures are accurate. Great view of the gondola. The bedrooms have skylights but no views of the mountain. Not really a problem just more of an FYI. Great ski in/out location, really can't beat it. This deserves its own rating and its an 11 out of 10. Yes, the ski in/out goes to 11 on my dial. Ski lockers, roomy and easy to use, on same level of ski hill access and are inside. Kitchen is functional, not overly stocked so if you plan on making a special meal, bring any specialty items. Was lacking coffee filters for coffee pot. Does have keurig. Bring/buy pods. Lacked extra trash bags (probably oversight). We only needed one so not a big deal. No refrigerator type condiments. Did have salt/pepper and few other dry goods like sugar and a few other spices. Nice selection of wine glasses. Beds - comfy. No issues, extra linens in closet. Didn't try the pull out. Parking - paid parking garage in basement. Elevators direct to your floor. Plenty of luggage carts. Could have multiple vehicles. We had 2. Suburban without topper fit. Suburban with ski topper, would not. Stay there again? Easily, Yes.

Unbelievably awesome!
The definition of ski in / ski out. This condo is top shelf, right off the Hughes run and 50 ft from the gondola. Karyn was super easy to work with and the underground parking was a huge time saver on both ends of the trip. The view from the condo is amazing!
