This unit's impressive contemporary design features granite counter tops in kitchens and baths, grand soaking tub, stainless steel appliances, LG LCD TV's, cozy gas fireplace, private patio, and in unit free washer and dryer. To allow you maximum flexibility and comfort during your stay this unit offers sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests, with a primary bedroom (King bed) and a 2nd bedroom (Queen with twin bunk bed) and a sofa sleeper in the family room. For the little ones, the owner have left a pack 'n play in the bedroom closet.
Just FYI unit does not have a ski locker but there is a closet as soon as you enter the unit that you can use for your skiing equipment.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.
LOCATION!LOCATION! LOCATION! Winter Park Resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 4.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.5 miles away at the Town of Fraser.

For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.

The condo was very clean and well furnished. Great location. The only suggestion I have is that the bedrooms could use some blackout curtins because the external lights on the building/trees made the rooms to bright overnight for sleeping.
Could not get better location to ski, easy to walk right to lifts! Very nice condo, great communication from propert management when needed. Very easy check in process. Beds could be more comfortable but would stay again.

Our stay was great and very relaxing. The unit was well appointed and well furnished. Pictures in description were a little over exposed, resulting in brighter images than reality, but was not a deal breaker. Location to garage was very convenient. Bunk bed/bedroom was a major hit with the kids!

Stayed here 5 nights in March 2024 with fam (2 adults, 4 kids ages 7-17). The location is just perfect for skiing. While not ski-in/out, the unit’s entrance goes directly outside, and then there are 2 steps down to the sidewalk, then a 2-3 minute walk to the Gondola. The unit also has a large closet in the entryway to use for skis and boots - so much easier than a separate ski locker. Charlotte (property manager) was extremely responsive and helpful before and throughout our stay. The kitchen is large and well-appointed. We had another 6 person family over for lunch everyday and there was plenty of room!
So nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The beds are comfy with many pillows. The unit is in need of updates: dishwasher needs to be replaced (has a large gap on the track so the bottom rack goes all over the place when pulling it out). Washer and dryer also need to be replaced (washer has a crack in the rim of the drum & dryer’s lint trap has a rip in it so the lint goes right through). Fabric & leather furniture all looking worn (& stools stained) and need replacing. Also minor repairs: Top bunk - wooden “cap” at top of ladder comes off. Main shower needs new lightbulb. We killed about 5 ants a day in the unit. Bathrooms need more towel hooks/racks to hang towels. Entryway has tons of hooks but half are wooden & straight and everything just slides off. Entry could use a water-absorbing mat too. Overall, a great place for a family after a few updates.

Amazing location, such a short walk to the slopes. We also loved the hot tub and underground parking. We had an issue with the fire alarm, but a maintenance guy came and fixed it. We loved the condo so much we contacted the management company to stay an extra day.
This rental is in a perfect location for skiing at Winter Park. A short walk to lifts and the village. The unit was well furnished, clean and comfortable. The bed linens were my only frustration - the use of flat sheets (no fitted sheets or duvet covers) means they move everywhere during the night and we had to put the sheets back in place each morning to avoid resting on a bare mattress. The parking garage for this unit is terrible. There were lines of cars waiting each time to enter/exit as so many people had trouble getting the QR code to work. There is one entrance/exit. We also had issues with our QR code, requiring us to contact management. Luckily, we didn't need our car much.
Unit was easy to get to and from slopes and vehicle.

Great condo with quick access to all the resort has to offer. I love that it's on the first floor with external access and has enough beds to sleep me, my wife and 4 boys with the bunk beds.
