A 4 bedroom townhome in downtown Winter Park at the Arrow Townhomes has private rooftop hot tub and mountain views. Our unit can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, features a tandem parking garage for 2 cars, and includes 4 interior levels of living space.The ground level of this townhouse provides access to the two-car garage, a small area designated for hanging jackets and outdoor equipment and a bedroom and bathroom with hallway access to the private patio located on the back side of the unit.The primary level offers high-end furnishings, lofty ceilings, a ceiling fan, hardwood flooring, a gas fireplace, flat screen HDTV and a private deck. The open-concept design encompasses a fully-equipped kitchen, kitchen island that accommodates four at the breakfast bar with a supplementary dining nook situated next to the fireplace for four guests.
The upper level of the townhouse has an entry to the rooftop deck, offering stunning views of the mountains and downtown Winter Park, which can be appreciated from the private hot tub. Please note that there is no air conditioning.
Guests are not allowed to bring pets or smoke on the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations are rigorously upheld, and any guests found violating them will be subject to a 200 per day fine.
