Recently remodeled Ski in/Ski out condo right by New Gondola. Hot Tub access

Zephyr Mountain Lodge is about as close as you can sleep to the chairlifts without camping outside! Zephyr has four hot tubs, a fitness room, heated underground parking, onsite ski shops and close proximity to restaurants and shopping. There is also a nearby ice skating rink. Each condo has a full service kitchen. Washer and dryers are located on every floor.

This updated condo is located on 4th floor in the Slopeside building and facing The Village & Continental Divide. The condo also has an Xbox 360 and games for you to enjoy after a day in the mountains! The bedroom has a new king bed & mattress, and there is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.

Heated attached underground parking will keep you and your vehicle out of the elements (parking fee during ski-season $30/ per vehicle per day). Ski locker included.

Hot tub hours: 8 am to 10 pm (Mon through Sun)

Please note if you are arriving by train, there is no facility on-site for luggage storage.

The resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 4.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.6 miles away in the town of Fraser.

Great place, awesome location

We had a great time here! Condo is exactly as described, it was great to have the two sleeping spots in living rooms so teens don't have to share a bed. Can't be beat!

Slopeside (literally)

Location cannot be beat. We appreciated all of the check-in and parking info. Unit was clean. It could not be easier with the ski locker and access to the lift right outside the building. We were very happy here.

Condo on the mountain

Great location for a couple or a small group to stay for a get-away vacation to the slopes, which were right outside of the building. We very much liked the proximity. The base village has several brew pubs and restaurants, which was also great.

Winter park trip

Check in was flawless, condo was adequate for a family of 4 with 2 little’s. Good location if you want Mountain View but not too far from Denver. Sadly we came during mud season so nothing in the village was open.

There’s a crockpot which is handy but I didn’t know that before I bought groceries. We had an issue with the hot water but I called and it was resolved in less than 15 minutes! The bed was comfortable and the place was very clean. All of the instructions were clear and made check in easy. The locker for ski equipment was a plus too. Being right by the lifts and everything we could need was great! We really enjoyed staying here.

I will start with the kitchen not having a simple bowl for mixing and only one spatula. the kitchen should have a few plastic cups for hitting the hot tub. Next, the window in the bedroom is broke with a sign saying it will be repaired. Seems like it may have been like this for a long while now. The bed was like sleeping on a sponge and the mattress toppeer does not really help anyone with back problems. it may be time for a newer mattress as I am sure this one has lived its economic life. None working TV in the bedroom should be replaced. All appliances and fixtures are working as they should. With two windows in the bedroom at least one should open.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visited Winter Park for their Wine Festival and to explore the surrounding area. Needed a place to stay for 2 nights and found this unit because it was close to the wine festival event. Biggest problem with the place is that we couldn’t control the temperature and it got up to 75 degrees in the bedroom at night. This even when the temperature outside got to 32 degrees. In addition to the uncomfortable temperatures at night, the outside porch area was extremely dirty. Evidently it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The unit also looks over the circular drive in front of the resort which is not that appealing. First night people were outside talking and you could hear every noise they made, even being on the 4th floor and all the windows closed. Would find a better place next time we visit Winter Park.

Great Location Close to Gondola

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great condo location super convenient to the Gondola. Easy Ski In and Ski Out. The ski locker was large enough for 3 pairs of ski's / poles and 1 snowboard. We were a family of 4 so kids were relegated to couch / chair, they were usable but not super comfortable. We like to cook all meals when we go skiing, the kitchen was stocked with the bare minimum, would have liked more storage/serving items. Also, the dishwasher wasn't cleaning well, so had to hand wash all the dishes before we used them. And the extra blankets for the couches did not feel like they were clean. The condo itself was clean and in good condition. Mostly quiet, minimal noise from corridor, no noise from above or below. We did hear the snowcats a few nights, but no complaining there since it was a 10 second ski to the Gondola. Rental process was super easy, liked getting the key card in the mail. Detailed instructions and link for parking was also helpful. Parking deck had plenty of parking available. And there was even a waxing set up down there, (had to have your own wax). Would definitely stay here again.

We take showers around 11 pm, and we found that hot water was lacking at that point. We called the manager, in half an hour 2 techs were at the door, and that day the water got about 30 degrees hotter! Great service. And the location is wonderful, with the gondola a few steps away, made eating lunch in the condo easy when we wanted to.
