With 1,100 square feet of tastefully appointed living space, this roomy condo is a terrific size and layout for families, friends, or couples traveling together. In the heart of the action, but amazingly quiet once settled inside. 2 large bedrooms with cozy beds, large living space, wood floors, modern kitchen with dishwasher + gas stove, private laundry room. Modern bath with large soaking tub and heated towel rack.
Spend your down time relaxing in the cozy living room with friends, or walk downstairs and cross the street to Randi's or dozens of other restaurants and shops steps away. 5 minute walk to outdoor amphitheater, skate park, recreation center, ice skating. Or take the free bus from outside the door to the slopes. 2 night minimum stay.

We stay frequently with family and friends, and have included all the amenities (soft towels, comfortable linens, new pots + pans, and ample spices). Perfect condo fo a small group or a few friends and a great place to wind down after a day on the slopes. Super close to the mountain and a short walk to everything along US 40. Condo was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay.
We had an amazing time. The unit was as described. The location is fantastic. Within walking distance to the grocery store, gas station, various restaurants, stores and the city center park. The bus stop is across the street. It was very easy to communicate with the owner. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay there again.
This place was perfect! Just as described. Roomy and comfortable. Would be perfect for a family or group. With just me and my wife we felt spoiled with all of the room. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and was near everything in Winter Park. Once we parked we didn’t need to get in the car again. Right on the main road. The bus to the ski area stops right out front. Shopping and restaurants nearby. We will definitely book again on our next trip to Winter Park.
It was clean, it seemed brand new. It had all we needed. Bedrooms and bathrooms were just right for me, my son and nephew. Location was ideal. Kitchen was nicely equipped. We parked right by the stairs, so that was convenient. We were able to walk to Randi’s for dinner. We didn’t use the laundry, but it was also very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.
Really enjoyed the condo. Real convenient location for all the town amenities. Nice to have the brewery connected next door. Our only suggestion is it would be nice to have a table of some sort as we like to play games sometimes. Even a folding table and chairs that can be stored out of the way would be helpful since there really isn’t really a spot for a permanent table .
The unit is in a great location for Winter Park and is well appointed, clean and in very good condition. The additional condiments, snacks, etc. left by the owners or previous renters was very helpful and useful. Pantry unit next to Fridge is great. However, there were a few things that led us to downrate the review some. The Rain head shower in the tub is not our kind of shower head and the tub was not easy for my 82yr old wife or handicapped son to get in or out of..
The condo is more spacious than we expected. What a pleasant surprise that the "large living space" and bedrooms were actually as described. Everything was nice, right down to a few beers they left for us in the fridge.
As a mom with small kids would definitely mention that the bathroom setup is conducive to a pack n play fitting for a baby to have a dark place to themselves, while leaving the shower and second toilet free for the rest of the guests. Now that we've seen it we'd definitely bring our kids back. Only draw back for families would be lack of a kitchen table.
Location was better than expected also. Walkable to grocery, liquor store, several restaurants, brewery next door, and coffee shop. Across the street from the Lift shuttle to ski. So convenient and really the perfect weekend.
