This townhome is an end unit, so enjoys incredible views out the front balcony as well as back deck. Hot tub also enjoys the amazing views.
Walk out the unit to surrounding trails, or to the local restaurants/bars and festivals - or take the bus to ski base for day of skiing.
Stay indoors in beautiful luxury and soak in tub, or play a game with friends or family while relaxing in front of fireplace.

Each bedroom and the living room has a TV with a Roku device, so you can log in to your personal streaming services.
There is also cable service available to watch.

DESCRIPTION OF SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Upper Level:

-Master bedroom: 1 King bed with walk-in closet and master bathroom with tub and shower
-Bedroom # 2: 1 King bed with attached private full bathroom
-Bedroom # 3: 1 set of twin bunk beds and full size sleeper sofa (this sofa bed is perfect for 1-2 children, or 1 willing adult)
-There is another full bathroom on this upper level

Lower Level:

- Bedroom # 4: 1 King bed
- Den has 1 Queen bed
- The lower level has 1 full bathroom

Main level of home has the living room, kitchen, and 1/2 bathroom

We welcome children and families, but please note the unit is not "child proof". We have outlet safety caps in the kitchen pantry.

Spring break getaway

Wonderful ski vaca

Property was a great location! Easy walk to restaurant and 10 minute walk to town. Free shuttle service to ski area was short walk away. Nice comfortable house with nice hot tub! Strongly recommend!

Highly Recommended

We had 10 of us comfortably-short walk to the bus and shops. All the amenities-hot tub was a huge hit. Towels and bedding was high quality, kitchen has excellent appliances as well as plenty of plates, flatware and pots and pans. The nicest place I've ever stayed in Winter Park. Highly recommended!

Perfect large group getaway

We had a family vacation with six adults, one teen and two children. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have an enjoyable time. Great location! Can walk to several restaurants and ski shuttles. We drove to the ski lifts and it was about an 8 minute drive. We have decided we want to go again in the summer and stay here!, Definitely best vacation ever!

The host provided a lovely welcome basket. The house was well appointed and conveniently located. There are ALOT of steps and there wasn’t any AC but overall it was a very nice place and I would recommend it for a large group.

This is a great place and the owner made everything easy. Any time I had a question Bob immediately got back to me. Some of the windows were hard next to impossible to open. With no ac open windows were a must during the day. With that being what it was i would not hesitate to stay here again. With

The house was great! The only negative is that the master bedroom stays really bright all night long because there are no window coverings. Also, several light bulbs were out.

Exceeded expectations!

This property is beautiful! Walking distance to anything you need the sights from winter Park are amazing. We had a group of 9 and it slept everyone comfortably. No ac, so if you visit in the summer it can get warm even with the windows open but we didn't mind as we spend the majority of our time enjoying the wilderness and using the house at night.
