Clean and perfect location for NY’s family ski trip

Pros: Perfect size for our family of four and room for a friend or two. Clean, modern, easy access, great location, the fire place, comfortable beds, good shower (water pressure, plenty of hot water, good shower heads), large bathrooms, washer and dryer, clean refrigerator & plenty of ice. Plenty of utensils, pots and pans. The management office was helpful and friendly. Communication with the property owners (Mark & Kat) was clear and timely.Cons: No private parking garage, proximity to hot tub was too far from the unit to comfortably access, and the Latch lock system was inconsistent and could be challenging for some guests. The system was not easily shared among our family (and we are a tech savvy family).

Good location

We stayed at this condo for 14 days. It worked out well and was very clean. Easy access to Winter Park ski area using the bus or driving, easy walk to good restaurants and shops.
