Step into a beautifully modernized three-bedroom unit! Located on the ground floor of the building, this residence provides easy access, showcasing hardwood flooring throughout the main living area. Upon entering the unit, one is welcomed by a beautifully renovated kitchen that boasts contemporary appliances, granite countertops, wooden cabinetry, and a breakfast bar that seats three. The spacious dining room table can accommodate up to eight people and features bench seating. This area flows seamlessly into the main living room, which radiates a western charm and includes a flat-screen TV with a DVD and CD player, situated next to the wood-burning fireplace. The sofa and recliner offer ample seating for comfortable relaxation. From this area, one can step out onto a private deck that presents stunning views of the surrounding forest. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available. The primary suite includes additional corner windows, a queen-sized bed, and a renovated bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the third bedroom contains two twin beds. A second full bathroom is conveniently located in the main hallway, which also accommodates the washer and dryer. The complimentary town shuttle stop is located just a short distance away; however, you may also choose to stroll to Main Street, situated two blocks from your location, to experience the various restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities available in the downtown area. Furthermore, a compact workout area is provided, featuring a weight room equipped with a treadmill and a stationary bike. Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. Property was as described/shown. Great location next to ski shuttle. Kitchen was equipped enough to cook some basic meals. We didn’t have an opportunity to check out community hot tub. We would definitely come back. Price was good.
Very cute place. Loved the back patio, trail along the creek, and rec center.
Overall we had a great stay. Only bad thing I can say about the place is the pull out coach bed had dirty linen on it when we got there and it was so uncomfortable, felt every spring. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Great location! Quiet, beautiful, clean, close to gondola. Very popular place. I had to book it in July to get in in January. It’s wirth it!
Excellent location and perfect for our group of six. You can walk to the grocery, liquor store, restaurants and hop on the bus right outside the door and not deal with parking at the ski area. Plenty of amenities for kids. The check-in as it is a bit dated, but I think that is in control of the property management team. We would stay here again. We had a great time.

We’ll-appointed with a beautiful porch in back. Only drawback was a jammed pocket door that prevented us from using the 2nd bathroom. We weren’t there long enough to get it repaired but I’m sure they would have handled it.
Pretty fantastic location. Older unit, but very well updated. Due to pandemic, not a lot of blankets, wouldn’t hurt to bring your own as well as your own pillow. But a trifling complain considering the grim situation. Walking distance to about anything you would want in Winter Park, 2 1/2 mile walk up the river trail to the ski area. One of the best value locations I’ve stayed at

The condo is nice and cozy but a bit dated. The television is tiny and difficult to watch anything on it. It comes with 5 remotes, 2 of which don’t work. The fireplace is great, but there is no wood. Also, the shuttle service is only running once per hour and it combines two lines due to driver shortages. So many people all over town we’re waiting for shuttles. We ended up driving and parking was a nightmare. Winter Park is just too crowded to actually enjoy the experience. Long lift lines and lifts not working.
The unit was just as described. Property management was helpful with check in/out and a maintenance issue during our stay. The unit backs to the river/creek out back and trail to town. Highly recommend using the trail.
Unit was very clean and useful for a family of five. We really enjoyed our stay in Winter Park.
We stayed here in the Covid summer, when lots of places were either rented out or really expensive. This condo was nicely priced, especially for how nice and spacious it is. It was very clean and well-appointed. It could use some minor touch-ups (several of the blinds are broken and the pocket doors are really squeeky), but overall it's a great place to stay! Good value!
Clean, convenient location, had everything we needed! This condo was perfect for our family of 5, we loved the river out the back door and the convenient location! We will book this one again!
