This welcoming unit boasts an open floor plan with one bedroom and one bathroom, making it a cozy retreat for up to four guests. The fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove and oven, ensuring you have all the tools you need for home-cooked meals. The dining area comfortably seats up to six, making it perfect for shared meals and game nights. In the inviting living room, you'll find a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV, creating the perfect ambiance for relaxation. Step out onto your private balcony and take in the views of the surrounding park.

This 3rd-floor condo offers a master bedroom with a Queen bed, and a queen murphy bed in the living room, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep for all. Trailhead Lodge promises a memorable stay in the heart of Winter Park, where adventure and entertainment await just beyond your door.
Only one 30 pound or less dog is allowed at this property. No biters, no barkers. Dog MUST be crated when left alone. Dog is not allowed on the furniture. Please pick up after their dog, no more than 1 DOG. NO other animals.. $125 dollar non-refundable pet fee will apply. Please notify the manager you are bringing a dog.

Good place to stay

We loved it and it was very nice, but if you have a toddler and a seven-year-old they can’t sleep together and you get sleep too and with the one bedroom it isn’t enough for a family with small kids. It will drive you crazy, but otherwise it was a beautiful place and we did love it.

Great location for ski trip

My husband and I came to Winter Park for a ski trip. This condo was amazing! It was easy to walk to the main street to catch shuttle to ski and many nearby restaurants.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

We loved staying here. The central location in WP is awesome, and we were treated to two concerts in the park during our 3 night stay. The condo itself was really comfortable and spacious, and we couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. Thank you!

This is a great place to stay for a small family. Unit is very clean and has everything you need. To our surprise there was even a tubing/sledding hill right across the street for the kids

Beautiful, comfortable and convenient

Very pretty, nice layout, quiet, excellent kitchen, had everything we needed. Walk to restaurants, park, etc. Just a few minutes to the mountain. I would choose this property again.

Great location, family friendly.

This property was great for our family of 4. Awesome location close to coffee, ice cream, restaurants and breweries. Across the street from the park which had live band the first night we were there. The 10 minute drive up the road to Winter Park was also great. Rental unit was in great condition and the washer/dryer was a huge plus after hiking all day. Pool was chilly but manageable for the kids.

Great condition

The unit was up to date and very clean. Great views. It has literally every amenity you could want. The location is key with short walk to the shuttle, pool across the street, and a short walk to downtown. It was relatively quiet other than other units dogs barking in the morning. We were pleased with everything.

We were finally able to secure a condo after all the years of attending the jazz festival. And it was well worth worth while being in such nice surroundings and super close to the venue. I would love to secure the same place for the jazz festival's 40th! Just loved our stay in 831.

Great condo...frustrating complex

I really hate giving a mediocre review for this place. Overall, the condo itself is great. Clean, well maintained, well stocked, etc. Our challenge was it is in an apartment complex and in the summer you need to keep windows open to cool off (no fans) and unfortunately, we had to suffer through 2 nights of loud neighbors talking/partying and constant cars coming, going, packing and unpacking. Most calmed down ~1-2a(late for us), but the second night it reemerged at 4 & 5 am...made sleeping impossible. Pros: location to town unit itself was nice and well stocked rental process easy Cons: complex no fans in unit where we might have been able to cool down and close windows this is a 1 bedroom (my fault that I missed that in description). There is a murphy bed that our kids enjoyed.
