3 BR with Private Hot Tub and views of the slopes in prestigious Lakota!!
- Beautiful 3 bedroom 2.5 Bath townhouse with attached garage and awesome views of the Winter Park ski slopes! The ski parking/drop off area is incredibly close, only 0.6 miles door to door! You can even see the gondola running out your window! Private 8-person hot tub. 1 car garage with high ceilings, so SUV with a ski/snowboard rack will often fit in with equipment remaining in rack!
Large flat screen TVs in the family room and all 3 bedrooms, with Comcast/Xfinity high-speed wireless internet. Each TV has a Roku Ultra device for streaming all you favorite content with popular apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube TV, Hulu, Disney Channel and many more (logging in with your account is required for each app, but Roku TV is available for free providing live TV for many popular shows).
Master bedroom has a king bed. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed as well. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 queen size beds. A roll-out bed is also available to add an extra bed to bring the total number it can sleep to 9. A pack and play is also available in master bedroom closet. The unit is large at just over 1,740 sq ft, with plenty of room to sit in the family room. Also has a deck with outdoor table and grill.
Easy access to Winter Park Lift bus system. Key-less entry, so no need to stop anywhere to get keys.
