I don't even know where to begin with this review to be honest. By far the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel, I have never contacted corporate over a stay until this stay. First and foremost I get a call before I even check in from the manager stating "we cannot accommodate you, I have to cancel your reservation, due to you wanting 1st floor" You always ask a guest if there's any other way you can accommodate them or if they are willing to go to a different floor, never have I ever heard of a GM trying to deter and turn away business. So she decided to put me on a different floor after I said I didn't mind if they had a elevator because I'm pregnant and my feet hurt alot. When I go into the room and get all of my things in it I immediately notice a roach in the sink, I already knew I wasn't getting even a 2 star hotel but my gosh the roaches were a bit much. So I I'm going to have to try to get Raid or something because it's unrealistic for me to move all of things I needed to move again, and I didn't have help any longer & being pregnant I can not lift so in a way o felt stuck in the room until I could get help to move. I inform maintenance of the roach infestation and he retrieves GM and she comes in the room and has the audacity to imply that I brought the roaches in because I had totes with my belongings until I could obtain a storage unit, I was apalled because other tenants & employees had already mentioned the roach issue. They also stole my $100 cash deposit

It’s ok
The room was semi dirty, something in the room made us stuffy and was unsure what it was. The WiFi was not really working for us. Overall it’s an ok spot to stay.

The place was very dirty it's false advertisement no housekeeping came by to asked if we needed towels soap or tissue paper. We have no shower curtain most of the tv channels wasn't working and there was no breakfast served.We had to used the only two towels and two small little soap for four days.The outside looks ok but inside the rooms are horrible and dirty the hallways smells like pee and so does the elevator. I will never stay there nor recommend it to anyone.

I liked the setting of the building - there is a nice terraced forest in the back, lots of different plants in the front and it's set far enough back from the road for quiet. The sheets and towels were clean but the exterior of the building is really filthy. The owners don't seem to want to spend any money on the maintenance. The exterior walls are covered in dirt as are the stairs and handrails. They need to get a power washer in to clean it all up. We had two rooms - 334 and 340. 340 was ok, the drain in the bathroom leaked so we stuck a garbage can under it to catch the water and empty it in the shower. 334 has white melamine cabinets that are in rough shape. The one with the sink had heavy water damage - and not recent. The staff are nice enough and I think the cleaners do their job but the owners need to put some effort into the building too.

The staff was very friendly but the studio was unpleasant, dirty, unsafe people knocking on the door all hours of the night. Do not recommend.
