8. Guesthouse 'Cabin in Heidekreis' with Shared Terrace and Wi-Fi

Lindwedel

"This property was dangerously hot, unlivable, and completely inhospitable during our stay. Even with the single fan that only arrived after we specifically requested it, the indoor temperature still reached an unsafe 38C (100F). Because the apartment is located on a very loud, high-traffic street, we were unable to open the windows at night to ventilate the extreme heat without experiencing severe street noise. When we pleaded for basic relief, the host repeatedly dismissed our safety concerns...

Althoff Hotel Fürstenhof Celle

Celle

10/10 Excellent

Spacious, well appointed room with a comfortable bed. A quiet room as it was in behind the reception/lounge area. Very clean and toiletries etc supplied every day. The bed was turned down while we were having dinner, a new experience for us! Close to the interesting old town and castle. I'm glad that the hotel had a special rate at the time or we would have missed this bit of luxury on our European holiday.

Hotel Blumlage Celle

We arrived and everything was as you would expect. The staff was most helpful and our room was very pleasant. Parking around the back was ample and easy to get into.
