Very nice, but not 5-stars

It's a very nice hotel. The employees are professionel and serviceminded. However, we missed some facilities in order to call it a 5-star hotel. 4 stars is more correct.

Nice place but bad service

super nice hotel. after a long trip we had been looking forward to a good evening in the garden restaurant but there was no room before 8.30pm so we ended up getting room service. together with 2 other couples we waited 15-20 minutes in the bar to get service. immediately the priority was somewhere else than at the hotel guests. Service on arrival was good though.

Leider war ich nur zur Durchreise für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel und konnte die meisten Annehmlichkeiten, die dieses Hotel, bietet nicht testen. Dennoch kann ich nur positives Berichten. Der Empfang war sehr nett und herzlich, das Zimmer war sehr schön und auch sonst hat alles gepasst. Wenn ich mal wieder in Celle oder Umgebung sein sollte, werde ich auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
