Amazing stay at the loft

We had an amazing time at the Loft on James. The space was better than the photos show and the owners have gone above and beyond with the decor. I would highly recommend this property.

Great spot for a downtown getaway. The loft is a wonderful place, everything you need to feel at home. Beds were comfortable, kitchen is adequately stocked. Would certainly stay again.

The pictures are accurate this is an amazing property only to be exceeded by the very helpful hosts. We were in the perfect location with many activities and restaurants only a short walk away. We followed the hosts suggestions for restaurants and were very impressed with the local food and cocktail scene. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Loft!

This is a spectacular loft in the heart of the Exchange! The location is fantastic, with so many restaurants, museums and shops within easy walking distance. The space itself is so beautifully decorated with scrumptious linens and plenty of kitchen essentials. It's the perfect place to explore Winnipeg!

Outstanding Host and Condo

Martina is a lovely host, who met us at check-in, and toured us through this most unique condo. It is such a beautifully appointed space. Truly unique. It was like living in an art gallery. It was also very nice to have a parking space. We would very happily stay here again.

Beautifully decorated space. Just like in the pictures. Kitchen well-equipped. Comfy seating in TV area. Very comfortable beds. Great location, a short walk to restaurants and theatres. AMAZING.

This property is beautiful. It’s extremely walkable to various bars and restaurants. The owner of this property is extremely detail oriented. I was blown away by how stunning it was. She had great recommendations for things to do and see. She also met us there to ensure we knew how to get checked in and where to park. Did I mention she brought cake? 10/10 would recommend this to anybody!

Family memorial.

This is one of the better properties we’ve ever rented and the most interesting in terms of unique design and furnishings. Very good communication with the host and good location. The attention to detail in the design aesthetic they went for is really outstanding.

Winnipeg Getaway

This place was amazing—beyond our expectations! Though there are plenty of places to go within walking distance, you will most likely just want to stay in and admire the art gallery/museum-like charm of this place. There’s so much to look at, yet it’s still cozy and welcoming! Our host greeted us with wine and desserts, told us about the local hotspots, and checked in with us regularly to see if we needed anything. We can’t wait to come back and stay here!!

The loft lived up to every great review I read before booking. My family was agog at the cool interior decoration. We actually opted out of some evening restaurant visits in order to stay at the loft and eat in because the place felt like we were hanging out in a chic lounge. I’d definitely come back on future trips to Winnipeg.

Gorgeous loft with many thoughtful details

This property is exactly as advertised; it’s beautifully and delightfully decorated, quiet, and spotless. The kitchen is well appointed, beds are comfortable and the books and decor are evocative of the early 1900’s era of the warehouse district. Easy walking distance to the Forks, Human Rights Museum, old St. Boniface, restaurants and shops of the warehouse district. Martina and Bruce are amazing hosts, they checked in to make sure everything was OK and are very responsive. The free parking is a nice bonus. I can’t say enough good things about this property, I would definitely stay here again.

Winnipeg, who knew!

Awesome place, every aspect from host to neighbourhood. I did have some reservations about noise that can be generally associated with the redevelopment of an old post and beam building but it was not an issue. No noise. The studio has a fit and finish from furnishing to art that is even better than it appears in the photo's. Fantastic stay in a beautifully appointed and unique industrial style studio!

Beautiful and inviting

Martina and Bruce's loft is more beautiful than the photos. The design elements are beautiful, the antique decorations are endlessly interesting to look at, and it's as comfortable as it is esthetically pleasing. And clean! It's spic and span. We walked everywhere– to museums, restaurants, a street market, even a local minor league baseball game. We could not recommend this accommodation more highly. Loved it!
