Brief stay of one night. Front desk notified of late arrival after 11:00 pm. When we arrived the front door was locked. We had to call front desk and the attendant immediately opened door. Our suite located in a hall that lead to the pool area. I felt isolated looking out the window into a hallway. To access this suite you had to swipe your card to enter the hallway then again to enter your suite. The suite was clean but stuffy. They do have a contintenial breakfast included which is always a good thing. The location is kind of out of the way but if you forgot a few things on your trip there is a Freshco and Dollarama store just a few steps away.

Very kind and lovely staffs, absolutely felt welcome. Loved the self made waffles for breakfast, and I cannot thank enough they had decaf coffee too!! The only down side is the building seems pretty old and some furnitures and facility were not so neat.

staff were very good Niti at desk and its very clear they have a great management team and smart owner the beds are new and very comfy they spent money on guest rooms new bathrooms very clean carpets etc. not comon areas like hall carpets etc they put there guest 1ST we will be staying here again

This is an old hotel that has not been renovated. The carpets are stained and thread bare, the chairs in our room were stained and disgusting. The bedspread and sheets had stains on them as did most of the towels

The staff at this property were very friendly and helpful. The hitel.itself was old and a little bit dingy. The breakfast was not very appealing and the only hot food was the waffles. The location was not very convenient for doing any kind of dining or night life.
