"House was good. Letting agency came across poorly. Request for slightly late checkout was rejected out of hand - they said the house was let that same night and they needed to clean, but online booking showed house was NOT rented and Coles Bay was dead as a doornail while we were ther with most houses dark at night so the cleaning staff were certainly not busy. If you Google them you will find they refused refunds during COVID."

"The property is in a convenient location, within a short drive to the Freycinet National Park Visitor Centre. A couple minutes walk to a convenient store, a fish and chips shop and the ice cream shop. The kitchen is well equipped and also has a washing machine and dryer.
The driveway has a few potholes and the path solar lights were not working at the time we stayed. It was very dark and challenging to park the car and to walk safely to the property."
