"Clean room. No free breakfast coffee, water. And slack. Some staff just rude."

"Staff was super friendly. I felt safe there. It just is a very old building and it wasn’t extremely clean and it was kind of annoying because they were letting somebody play loud music in the lobby when we were checking in on their phone. The breakfast was just OK. It was worth it for the price. The view of the arch was amazing. Just a very old building that needs updated. "

"So when you arrive at the hotel you're hit in the face with perfume and air freshener.. After awhile you notice the whole casino and hotel have lingering mold smell throughout. The pool really isn't a pool but an oversized hot tub? And the room is set to about 90 degrees? I was confused over that whole situation. Then there's no breakfast served as advertised; didn't even have fresh coffee or things for coffee?? Not to mention our A/c in our room was the loudest thing I've ever heard it was crazy. I was so disappointed in this stay I was expecting a way better experience. "

"We enjoyed our stay here and especially loved the bar, however we left some precious items behind in a drawer and called to collect them that evening only to find they said they weren't there. They explained housekeeping goes through everything once a guest leaves so it is apparent that housekeeping has kept our items which is disappointing. I have called back several times to be put through to the housekeeping manager and it goes straight to voicemail. I have left numerous messages but unfortunately nobody has returned my call. This has tainted my opinion of this hotel which is very disappointing as it has the potential to be a wonderful hotel."

"This hotel has everything you need if you're traveling for work or vacation. I loved that I could watch the Baseball game from the roof top bar. The rooms were clean and lots of options for food around the hotel. "
