"We enjoyed our stay here and especially loved the bar, however we left some precious items behind in a drawer and called to collect them that evening only to find they said they weren't there. They explained housekeeping goes through everything once a guest leaves so it is apparent that housekeeping has kept our items which is disappointing. I have called back several times to be put through to the housekeeping manager and it goes straight to voicemail. I have left numerous messages but unfortunately nobody has returned my call. This has tainted my opinion of this hotel which is very disappointing as it has the potential to be a wonderful hotel."

"This hotel has everything you need if you're traveling for work or vacation. I loved that I could watch the Baseball game from the roof top bar. The rooms were clean and lots of options for food around the hotel. "

"We had a wonderful time in St. Louis taking a little weekend trip. Our tv wasn’t connected and our phone wasn’t working, but they got it fixed immediately! No other problems besides that. The restaurant was delicious and we enjoyed the pool, although our time was cut short due to windy/cold weather."

"Overall, a great value for the price. I would absolutely stay there again. Perfectly located. Easy to find. Incredible staff. The breakfast ladies are the best. I'm not a morning person & I left smiling every morning. Good food. Evening appetizers were easily a meal. We enjoyed visiting with other guests on the observation deck. Our king room with a view was great. Never ran out of hot water. The street noise is kind of loud but the hotel is downtown, so to be expected. We were so tired each night that it never kept us awake. "

"When we checked in the hotel room smelled heavily of marijuana smoke. They did move us to a different room; however we were told there was only 1 luggage cart available for the entire hotel and they didn't know where it was. The rooms were on different floors and at opposite ends so required a great deal of manual lifting an moving of our items. No apologies or offer for assistance was offered. The second room had hair in the sink and bathtub when we arrived and the toliet was not flushing. There are minimal amenities to this hotel only coffee in the mornings. By 0800 the coffee was out and when we asked if it would be refilled, we were brushed off by the desk clerk. Checked back about 30 minutes later and coffee still empty."
