Silver Ash is a traditional Lakeland stone, newly renovated townhouse in the heart of Windermere Village, with a selection of fabulous restaurants, cafes, independent shops, galleries and bars just a few minutes walk away. Offering the perfect base for a family or group of friends to enjoy The Lakes. The space Silver Ash has undergone a complete refurbishment offering luxurious, boutique style accommodation over three floors. The top floor features a decadent master suite with a super-king bed and en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bath and large shower. The adjoining twin room has its own bathroom, perfect for little ones.
The second floor offers two stylish, king size bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Along with a separate kids room/chill out space.
The well-equipped kitchen includes quality, new appliances (oven, microwave, separate fridge and freezer, washer/dryer) leading to a boot room and casual breakfast bar. Wander through to the dining room and take advantage of the indoor stove and large dining area which easily seats 8. Perfect for family and friends get-togethers.
Relax from your days adventure in the light and airy living room with fireplace and Sky TV. Plus, a selection of board games and books. Just kick back, relax and enjoy! Guest access The whole property will be yours. Other things to note Secure private parking for 2 cars and an additional residents parking permit is left for guests. Excellent property. Great location and space. Has everything you could need. Gina the host is fabulous. A group of 7 and so 4 bathrooms worked brilliantly. Best place we have stayed at in the lakes! We’ll be back!
We had a lovely stay at this town house in Windermere which is situated on a quiet residential road. The house is modern and more spacious than than we expected. There was plenty of kitchen equipment and basics were provided, hand soaps etc which was appreciated. The property is a short stroll into Windermere for shops cafes etc. Parking at the back of the property for 3 cars was useful. Gina the host responded to queries quickly and provided lots of useful information. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property to others.
