"What a great location! My family and I were so pleased with your property and the lovely room we stayed in. The proximity to the beach, the cleanliness of the room and the overall appeal of your site made for a memorable stay. It was particularly pleasing to have a roaring fire displayed on the tv just waiting for us when we checked in! "The dishwasher was backing up into the kitchen sink. A drain line was stopped up! The floors were dirty, we had to vacuum and mop the floors in the kitchen, dining and den area, I had to scrape bubble gum off the kitchen floor, our daughter had to wash her sheets on her bed because of all the stains! The location was good and we had plenty of room! It was not cleaned well, candy and crumbs under the furniture and the couch was dirty with old stains!"

"The rooms were very clean. I just don’t like how all the buildings separate . The room doors face the outside, but there is an elevator. The room decor is very beautiful and the rooms are very spacious and clean. I just wish the hotel was all connected and inside one building , but that’s just my personal preference. The price for the stay was great during off season. You do hear noise from outside and kids running around. There was also a lot of construction next door that kept me up during the wee hours of the morning . "

"Overall a decent stay! Some minor communication issues with the host towards the beginning, and some of the dishes & other appliances are a little lacking in quality, but I would definitely consider staying again! Beautiful view, and a great location!"

"Great host and clean house! Only disadvantage to the stay was the hot tub was cleaned/drained and refilled Saturday morning, so we were unable to use it till Saturday evening when it was hot again. Thanks for a wonderful weekend away. "

"We were quite disappointed. No table. No chairs. No hooks or other storage. Stained duvet. “Couch” was pitiful. No instructions about TV. Husband fell and bruised his arm when chair on front deck collapsed (rotted wood). Sewer-like odor. Had to buy candles. "
