"The listing did not make it clear this is a second floor unit. My husband is 90 and I am 71. It was a hardship for us. I feel cheated and mislead about this unit. My husband fell and I spent Saturday morning in the ER with him. I almost fell down the stairs myself. I cannot overstate how upset I am about this unit.
