"We loved our stay at Rose and Crown! The staff were so friendly. Our room had so much character, and was bigger than we would have expected. It was quite comfortable and surprisingly quiet (we were there midweek on a slightly rainy day). We also ate at the pub and really enjoyed our meal. We would stay again!"

"I had incorrectly booked the wrong dates foe my stay at this property which was a non refunderable booking with no option to alter or cancel. I contacted Hotels.com whpbafter speaking with the owners arranged my booking to be moved to the actual dates i required free of charge. The owners were under no obligation to do this but still allowed it without chargine me. I am very greatful for this as it was my error in the first place. On arriving at thw properrt i was blown away by the standard of it. It was more than £300 cheaper rhan than the closest hotel for the period of my booking and the accomodation was excellent. It is situatued on am amzing site and i thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I would highly recommend tgis properrty to anyone."

"The flat was small but clean and well-converted. The rooms are a decent size and the sitting room/kitchen fine for a small flat. Nice to have a Nespresso machine on the kitchen. The entry system worked well for four people coming in and out at different times, and there were good dog-walking areas nearby. "
