The rooms were very clean and the staff ensured that we had a pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Kelowna with Family. We stayed here for 3 nights. The Balcony room with lake view is an added attraction"

"We really enjoyed staying at this property. The unit was large, quiet, and nicely furnished. The kitchen had everything you would need. The property itself is great, with a large gym, pool, hot tubs, and right on the lake.The living room and kitchen area are air-conditioned, but the bedrooms did not appear to be. However, there were fans in the bedrooms. My only complaint regarding this unit would be the TV, which was older - not a smart TV. We would’ve liked to have watched Netflix and Prime etc.The property manager was not very helpful at check-in (no info provided regarding check-in procedure or where everything was etc.), but I understand she was substituting in for someone else. The owner was available and responsive when we contacted him."
