"I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. My room was clean and comfortable. The location is excellent and very convenient. The breakfast was also really good with plenty of options. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."
"Breakfast was basic. Parking was extra. The place is pretty dated. Chairs in the dining where in rough shape. Proximity to areas downtown were nice. Beds were fairly comfortable. Shuttle to Cleveland Clinic was free. "
"When we walked into the room, the toilet is not flushed. There is debris on the carpet still. We requested to change a room, we were told all rooms are sold out so that room cannot be changed. The front desk girl is cold and said someone will come to clean the bathroom, but we waited an hour and nobody came and we have to clean ourselves. There is an unpleasant smell in the hallway, the elevator has scary sound when opens and closes. Also, we paid for almost $200 a night and the swimming pool is not open for guests since it is under maintenance."
"The manager and one of her employees tried to accuse my service dog of approaching them in a hostile manner she also tried to accuse me of lying about my service dog which I have papers"
"My only critique would be that for someone driving and arriving at street level. There should be signs letting you know to go up the elevator to the lobby level to check in. We walked around on street level for about 10 minutes before we finally found someone we could ask."
"After making reservations received an email confirmation that also said that check-in was at 1pm. We arrived at 2:30 and was told that policy had just changed and we could not check in until 3 or pay $30 to check in early!!!!
Also the bathroom floor was dirty with hair in the corners and spider and web near floor by the heat/air system.
Room size(premium king) was decent and bed was pretty comfortable."
