There was no water coming from the center of the showerhead… Please also change from shower curtains to doors (or find a way to secure the shower curtains while in use) - the curtains kept blowing inward and sticking to me (which is gross)."

"The pool was freezing. I had multiple things broken in my room upon arrival. The toilet paper holder, the sink was leaking water all over the floor. The bathroom door would lock but you could pull it right open. I got a non smoking room but the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. "
