"One of our best friends is getting married in July. We decided to celebrate him with our closest friends. This location fit everyone comfortably, the house is very clean and has all the bells and whistles. The best part about the property is the location. This property is one of the most beautiful places/views that I have ever seen. Truly a wonderful experience and the hosts are easy to contact. We will definitely be coming back in the future. "We stayed over Memorial Day weekend and had a wonderful time. The pictures really don’t do this cabin justice. We felt at home immediately and were grateful for all the amenities that the home offered. Mary, our host, reached out via email regularly to check in and make sure we were enjoying our stay. We loved being able to sit on the porch and listen to the creek while drinking coffee, walk across to the water to fish or to just lay in the sun. Our dog, River, loved swimming in the creek too....

"The River House is a beautiful property. It is a gorgeous log home with the Susquehanna River as the backyard. The home was very clean and comfortable. The entire property is calm and relaxing. My husband was able to fish right on the river bank which was one of the main reasons for this trip. We also enjoyed the hot tub. We would definitely return for a stay in the fall. Thank you!"

"Our high school friends gathering comes here twice a year, and it's always a great time. The seclusion and privacy of the property is amazing, and being able to ride atv on the trails and shoot some guns because it's such a large plot of land the cabin sits on makes it a great guys trip destination."

"Costly for what it is. At a hotel the bathroom is in same room, black out shades, more space, better beds with pillows and blankets, most places offer free breakfast all for less than $200. Thankful it was available but costly. Very quiet Very clean I would recommend 1 of bigger cabins for longer stays, seemed like a safe welcoming place to be. Thus would be 4 star overall review."
