"Rooms need to be updated "

"I stayed in The Cove cottage which is small but ideal for a single guest. However, if the guest has mobility issues, there are a few challenges. The walk from the parking area is up hill with no railings, and there are also no handrails to get up the steps to the cottage door. The cottage has two metal bucket chairs, but no table where you can sit and eat if you wish to stay in. The toilet is fairly low to the floor with no grab bars to help you up, and the shower has no grab bars to help stabilize you. My visit was brief (2 nights) and the view was gorgeous. Guests just need to be aware of limitations for renting this particular cabin."

"Clean room. Front desk manager not friendly. Needed bedding for pull out couch. Said they would bring up shortly but it never arrived. Kid slept on mattress with a blanket. Not happy. Had medical emergency in middle of night and desk staff had no idea where the nearest hospital was. Smiled but clueless. Language was a challenge. Would not likely stay here again "

"Everything was Perfect!"

"The house was exactly as described. We had a large group of 10 and there was plenty of room on one side of the house for us to cook, enjoy meals, and watch TV together. The rooms were very comfortable. Communication with the property manager was excellent. They checked in daily and, when we had issues with the television, responded to our messages even late at night. (we solved the TV issue - unplug and replug!) One thing I would point out is that one of the bunk beds was more "kid-sized", and we had some concerns about whether it would be safe or stable for an adult to sleep on the top bunk. Not an issue for us, as we had extra beds, but we wanted to point it out. Overall, it was a great stay. Mystic is an awesome town and the location of this home was perfect for walking almost everywhere. We would absolutely stay here again."

"This is a very well put together Condo. It is very close to both Mystic and Stonington and very convenient to the grocery store and surrounding shops. The interior is very well done with comfortable beds and couches. The "murphy bed" blends in perfectly with the rest of the room and was very comfortable for the people that used it. This kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and other small amenities that are very nice additions, definitely check out what is there before you go to the grocery store and buy what may already be provided. There is a very popular restaurant right across the street that brought a fair amount of traffic, particularly on weekends but I never saw cars from the restaurant parking in the areas around the condo. As mentioned int the description there is a carpet store/warehouse below the condos. There was no issue with that except it was a bit loud when the opened and closed the garage doors but it was quiet for the most part. Their activity was pretty much 9AM - 5PM so not disruptive. Overall, we really enjoyed staying at this very comfortable condo. "
