"The lobby and hallways look great but the room I got was pretty run down. The mattress sagged so badly that I couldn't sleep on the side closest to the night table. The bathroom was worse- there was black mold on the ceiling and the tub glaze, caulk and grout were discolored and in poor condition. When I got home I found that my card had been charged an additional $200 for a $29 daily "amenity fee" which was not disclosed when I booked the room. "Hotel was fantastic! As was the staff. Prior to arriving the third party I booked through was difficult to talk to. Didn’t answer my questions very well. But the stay itself was great!"

"The property was suitable for the price we paid, but the pictures online led me to believe it was better than it actually was. Communication was good, but had a little trouble figuring out how to get into the room once the code was given to us. Overall it was a good place to stay, just not quite what I was expecting."
