Very noisy fan in the bathroom. Room very very small. Took for ever to be serviced at the from desk. Took for ever to get hot water in the shower.

I Stayed Overnight Last Minute From March 24-25th. The Staff Was Very Friendly, Accommodating And Always Available. The Front Was Very Clean, It Smelled Good From The Time You Walked In. Even The Rooms Smelled Good. Microwaves Clean And My Room Was Exceptional… Just For Me. Will DEFINITELY Revisit.

Clean rooms, convenient location with a friendly staff and spacious rooms and comfortable beds! The only negative was my mother who booked the room was promised a senior citizen discount ahead of time before it was booked but after she paid it was taken away , otherwise it would have been a 5 star hands down!!

The location is terrific - close to 81. The room I had this time had issues: - a small fridge jammed into a corner, making it difficult to use the chair - a VERY noisy bathroom fan - vinyl flooring installed without taking it to the room edges (gaps everywhere) - and most disturbing was the small bug (likely a roach) in the bathroom crawling in and out of the electrical outlet

The hotel itself was nice, clean rooms and most of the staff was pretty friendly. However, the check in person for the night shift could use some retraining in attitude, wanted to extend my stay and when I asked him, he told me to come back the next day in the morning, he could have done the process there but didn't wanted to. I also had some issues with the key cards and when spoke to him, he responded aggravated because my mom had the same issue and had spoken with him before. He threw us the new keys on the desk. Also, the rooms could use their own microwave, having to go to the lobby to use one of the ywo microwaves there is rather inconvenient.

Our room had a clump of hair on the side of the Matress and there were little black flies everywhere. We got there late and had been traveling all day. I am in a wheelchair heeling from ensuring and needed to get my foot elevated and lay down so we chose to sleep in our clothes not to expose body parts to the conditions and went to sleep. This is for your information I am not usually a complainer but this was extreme.

Nice renovation.
Motel 6 used to have refrigerator and microwave in the room, but not here. On the good side, this Motel 6 has been newly renovated and was very clean and good looking.

Never will stay again
I decided to give them another chance however I ended up regretting it. Still issues with my service dog. Still fighting to get my deposit back. They decided to put a huge group of loud obnoxious people across from us in 7 different rooms. Loud talking, slamming doors, smoking at all hours. It was honestly worse then last time.
