"Room with not hot eater at all, i did book a different hotel just to shower, they never offer not even to move me to a diferent room. Also had roaches at my room and even inside the hair dryer wish particles of dead ones coming from the blower and got directly to my face,situation was notified to front desk wich they came and took pictures of the roaches inside the hair dryer. Theyvsaid they notified the manager and that they where Goin to contact me ro rssokvevthe problem. Manager never respond to emails and even attend me over the phone. I will like to be refund for this horrible experience and this place should be taken of your contract. Just went back to puerto rico last week and try to contact the manager one more time over the phone and she denie to help me with compensation at all, i am gonna report this to the local department of consumers immediately.please will somebody help to resolve this situation and compensate me with a refund or a credit to be use, we are hard working ppl who supports yiur business, we deserve respect over all. "Punta Borinquen Resort was a cute comfortable place to stay. All their staff were friendly and helpful. However the bathroom and room need more cleanliness and upkeep. Besides that I enjoyed my stay and food what good as well."

"The place was very clean and charming. While there is no a/c in the main part of the house, with the windows open and the breeze and fans, it was comfortable. The a/c in the bedrooms works great. The bedrooms are a bit dated with older beds, but they were still comfortable, and we slept well. Could use a nightstand on both sides of the bed in the primary bedroom. We didn't cook, but the kitchen was pretty well stocked. The washing machine takes 2.00 in quarters, but the info given was 1.50 (in case you bring your own quarters like we did). The dryer ran on the highest setting for what seemed like a long time, but our laundry still wasn't dry, so we had to hang it to let it finish drying since we didn't have any more quarters. The place is in a residential area where you can hear cars go by and of course, roosters, but they tell you that ahead of time so we expected it. The seating area in the living room was nice for our family of four to relax in the evenings. It was good value for the money, and the hosts were communicative. We had our flight canceled, so we couldn't make the first night we paid for, and it was past the date to get our money back, but they offered to let us stay another night at no charge, which was very nice, though we already had other reservations elsewhere. "

"Our stay here was awesome. We had planned to head out a few days and explore but once we got there we didn’t want to leave. The experience at Crash Boat Beach is so fun. The house was in great shape when we got there. I wasn’t aware that the plumbing in that area was difficult so water pressure in the showers wasn’t great and you can’t flush toilet paper. It’s not our first experience with this so not a big deal but would have been good to know. I might have just missed that in the information provided. The sunsets were beautiful. "

"I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful vacation home again. We were initially here in April 2025. We loved it so much we booked again for February. I booked this specific time in hopes to see the whales. Well we did see a couple from our back yard.The home is clean, roomy and very accommodating. We had 12 people and never felt like we were on top of each other. I loved having the living room doors open leading to the pool letting the breeze in. We also had a chef come to prepare dinner for us one night. Coral was amazing to deal with. She set everything up with the chef and it was an amazing night.The home is stocked with everything you need. And is only 5 minutes from Crash Boat Beach. Great beach bar there as well. And Coral and Albert responded quickly with any questions we had."

"My friends and I enjoyed this stunning property. The pool was amazing and waking up every morning I would wake up to a rainbow. On our last day we had a fantastic time snorkeling due to low tide. And we had beautiful company with a family of iguana at the edge that would pop out to get some sun. Rooms where great and clean, slept very well. We highly recommend coming here! "
