"We really enjoyed our stay on this property. It has everything you need and it has a modern feel. The area is very safe and quiet. It's close to the most amazing beaches within 5-10 minutes (driving - you will need an car) including Crash Boat, Punta Borinquen Beach, Peña Blanca, Surfers Beach, Survival Beach, and more. It's close to shopping centers, restaurants, malls, and bars. The town square is very nice to walk at both day and night. It's located in a very perfect area.
The host Tony is very helpful and responsive. He's bilingual and depending on the time of year you may run into his mom who's a wonderful English school teacher and so welcoming and warm. These are good people in a good location. They offered us fresh towels periodically and water among other things. Outside the unit are gazebos, lawn chairs and a grill. Tony has other things available as well.

"We arrived to San Juan airport late in the afternoon and when we got to the house, they had a light outside on so we could find it easily. Plus, she texted me a picture of the house, the side gate to more easily park our rental minivan, and other details that were quite helpful since it was late in the evening. The rooms were very spacious with AC unit in each one, plus a ceiling fan. It was clean, orderly, and had everything we could have possibly wanted or needed, to include washer & dryer. Due to the Easter week power outage thru all of PR, we had to cut our stay short but we would 100% come back and stay at Villa Caribe again. Definitely, 5 stars from us!"
