Come relax at this unique and modern 20x20 sq. ft., expandable container home! This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit resting on a beautiful 1500 sq. meter lot. There are fruit trees, flowers, vegetable plants, and the lot also includes the use of patio furniture, hammocks, BBQ grill, fire pit and even a washer machine (additional cost for laundry). The units are fully equipped with everything a guest should need including towels and dressings for the beds.

The host always checked in with me and made sure that I was comfortable and that I would have my needs met. The house was very cozy and family oriented. Nice stay

We enjoyed our one night stay with 3 kids. The rental is small but clean and modern. The area is safe and slightly in the country. It’s an excellent deal for the price.

Nothing short from an excellent stay! Family of 5 slept super comfortable, Tony is a pleasure to meet. Everything is as listed online. Clean, quiet, lots of close restaurants and Crash Boat Beach is super close as well. Love it!!

Amazing

Great location and space to spend time outside especially at night to view the stars. He accommodated use before out check in time and also gave us a tour of the near by beaches. He also took us to the airport. Great guy and would love to stay there again. Tony is the best!

Tony is an axcellent host. He answers very quickly and refers you to alot of activities, restaurants and gives you great tips for your travels. The mini house is quite comfy, the beds are cozy, hot water available (soap and shampoo provided) and the AC works well. You wake up to the sun shining in (you might want earplugs and eye covers if your a light sleeper!) And beautiful animals singing! Thank you Tony for a wonderful overall experience!

This place was clean and very convenient to Borinquen Beach Aguadilla and Crash Boat . We happen to stay here at the last minute . Air conditioner worked perfectly and the owner was super communicative and attentive. If you reserve , as the owner for the exact coordinates because google maps doesn’t register the adddress correctly.

Needs improvement this unit lacked cleanliness

Pros: owner was communicative, provided extra time for checkin and brought us an iron/ironing board upon request. Nice quiet neighborhood.Cons: The bedroom space was very tight, no space to hang clothes, no mirrors, except for the one on the medicine cabinet in the bathroom.We found a dirty pot on the stove range, with food residues floating on spoiled water. The fan in the living room was dirty with dust all over it. Shower had black mildew on its floor, and good thing we found bleach to clean it, because we would have abandoned the unit base solely on that.The white furniture showed signs of stains, hair and dirt. The floors and furniture looked dusty all around. In summary, the overall cleanliness of the unit was questionable.(All deficiencies were recorded by pictures)

Less is more... Amazing place

We had a wonderful stay at this property with our family. The place was quiet, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was perfectly equipped for both short and long stays, with thoughtful touches throughout. The owner was extremely attentive and quick to respond to any questions or requests. Highly recommend!

Unless you want to spend a day bbqing with friends outside and have a place to sleep and then go back home, dont stay here. No wifi. Worst mattresses EVER. Not even complimentary water bottles were left You wont be given a code the host will be very persistent about meeting in person to “check through the cameras” Its not close to the ocean its more a country side situation.
