"People where out smoke at the front door elevator is not working. Well bathroom in room toilet was running shower curtain was broke. I went to the front desk to get fresh towels. They had none two days in a row."

"They had given up my reservation because my flight was delayed so I was only able to check in at 5:30am and then had to wait to be rebooked. The room I was given was not clean and the bed was not made. The hotel smelled like smoke and mold, and there was an active major water leak. There is also no included breakfast as described."

"Room wasn’t the cleanest. I found a fork and some lip gloss that wasn’t ours by one of the tables. The bathroom door had wood chipping off of it. The pool was COLD! Cold enough that we were all shivering in it. But the breakfast was fantastic and the staff was super friendly. The parking was very convenient."

"I spent the weekend there and because of my budget I was forced to stay there when my 3 kids. The rooms and very poorly cleaned. My room had a giant hole in the bathroom floor. One of the pillows smelled like armpits. On the last day we found a beer bottle under the sofa chair which you can obviously tell that it wasn’t moved to be cleaned. Apart from this the hotel is in desperate need of renovation. On my second day they had to put a bucket in the hall way to catch dripping water from the ceiling. Again If it wasn’t for my budget I would have left the first night. This is not a place to bring your kids in my opinion. I will give credit to the lady in the front she was very nice and professional. Also the Spanish housekeeping lady as well she was very helpful. It’s not their fault this place is like this."
