"The location was perfect! It’s situated on Swan pond with a panoramic view. I couldn’t stop taking pictures.Steps from the loft, kayaked down Swan River to the ocean. Laurance our host was gracious and gave us great suggestions that made our vacation wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped. The loft was charming and perfect for two. Our golden retriever had a wonderful time playing with the host’s dog. Shadow was extremely well mannered."

"We greatly enjoyed the house, It has old charm and a sense of history. The winding layout was great. There is a huge yard, so felt very private. In spite of age, the bedrooms and bathrooms were all updated. Also, plenty of bathrooms, which was great for our extended family of 12. The kitchen needs some updating, mainly the dishwasher. Beaches are closeby. Easy to get to grocery stores. We were not told when trash pickup was, so we had to call the trash company to find out. Also, the trashcans were full when we got there, so perhaps the previous guests didn't put it out. Would suggest that the housecleaners check for this when they come in. "
