The main bedroom holds a queen bed, in the second bedroom are two single beds, while the couch in the living space pulls out to accommodate overflow.
In the living/dining area there is room to get everyone around either the kitchen table or the round coffee table, which has four ottoman seats tucked underneath.

Cute, quaint, quiet and close to many destinations!

We loved the location as it was conveniently located to destinations, including Hyannis harbor for whale watching, craigville beach, Nickerson State Park, and the Sandwhich boardwalk!! The cottage was cute, and the little cove is quiet!!

The property is adorable, with an amazing, peaceful view of Bass River. Everything made us feel at home. The beds were very comfy, and the screened patio was the perfect place to start and end the day.Would absolutely recommend, and hope to be able to return someday. The owner is very helpful, with prompt responses.

Amazing time!

We loved our stay at this cute and cozy cottage! A great location with lots of stuff to do around. The porch was great to relax and read and seeing the river view and private beach area was an extra bonus. We had everything we needed for a great time! Definitely recommend!

Perfect Getaway

Cozy cottage by the river

Small clean beach cottage on a side street with a view of the river. A great summer getaway and close to restaurants and beaches. The cottage is quaint and welcoming. If any drawback it is that there is not a lot of storage space but overall a wonderful place to get away and relax by the ocean.

Just like home !

So comfy and cozy. Loved the porch and sitting down the street watching the river activities. This cottage was easy to find and is centrally located on the cape so we gallivanted all over finding treasures and exploring the beaches. We’ll be back !

Sweet Cottage with mini beach for kids to explore with a net

Such an adorable cottage! Everything was as pictured and described. Our family loved the location, it was centrally located to reach so many attractions across Cape Cod. We especially loved the mini beach along the river shoreline. Our 8-year-old spent hours with a net and a pail looking for fish, shrimp and crabs. All animals were returned after the fun.

A quiet cottage by the river and it was wonderful

My bestie & I had our girls getaway at this wonderful little cottage. I absolutely loved it. Perfect for two single women, separate bedrooms, a nice little kitchen and wonderful screened-in porch that allowed me to sit and just look out at the water, seeped in peacefulness. We were lucky that no one else was in any of the other cottages so it was very quiet. There's a great Irish pub down the street where we had dinner one night too. I would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful Getaway

Everything about the cottage was exactly as stated on the VRBO description. The kitchen was well accommodated; it was great to have all the linens on site so we did not have to pack them; there was plenty of room to move around so we did not feel cramped; and the view of the water was great. Perfect spot for the three of us to relax and unwind. Our favorite spot was the screened-in porch where we sat each night after a beautiful day at the little beach at the complex. We would definitely go back.

Bass River Cute Condo

The cottage is wonderful, very well stocked. The location to water is excellent. We had a problem with the Air Conditioning and the host had the problem rectified within a few hours.

Cute little gem

Great little place to stay close to everything one could ask for. Well stocked kitchen, nicely decorated, and great to have water view from porch. Neighbors were very friendly and communication with host was excellent.

Great Place for a week on the Cape

Great place for a week for on the Cape. Screened porch was great. Dock was wonderful. Main bedroom mattress was extremely hard, could use a memory topper or something. But certainly would stay again. Thanks! Really nice place. Perfect for an impromptu week away

Little cottage

We used our shirt but wonderful stay at the cottage for some family time. The cottage itself was quaint and had a wonderful homey feel to it. The one and only down side was the fact the queen bed is very hard so sleeping was a bit of a challenge for me.

Great Stay

We had a great time at this property. There were fresh flowers when we arrived along with a few goodies which were extremely thoughtful. The rooms were clean and comfortable! The only thing we would suggest would be to leave instructions on how to work the heater/air conditioner. It was in the 40s at night and someone had previously set a timer so we woke up to a very cold home every morning until we figured it out on our very last night.

Cute Cape Cod Cottage
