"We greatly enjoyed the house, It has old charm and a sense of history. The winding layout was great. There is a huge yard, so felt very private. In spite of age, the bedrooms and bathrooms were all updated. Also, plenty of bathrooms, which was great for our extended family of 12. The kitchen needs some updating, mainly the dishwasher. Beaches are closeby. Easy to get to grocery stores. We were not told when trash pickup was, so we had to call the trash company to find out. Also, the trashcans were full when we got there, so perhaps the previous guests didn't put it out. Would suggest that the housecleaners check for this when they come in. "

"The house is the perfect location for a large family to gather! Easy access to bay and ocean sides, lots of room, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The pool is great - nice and warm. Communication was excellent with Steve. Yard is beautiful and very quiet. Fishing right around the corner that the kids LOVED. "
