The pancake machine was also broken. The sink in our room was cracked and there was mold in the shower. All the drawers and cabinets in the room were open when we arrived. The carpet in the hallways was ripped almost everywhere you looked. The hotel needs a lot of updates. We usually always choose a Holiday Inn Express, but this one was not good. The only worker we saw upon arrival was standing outside by a car in the parking lot, smoking. "
