"I'd like to start by saying, for the money, I was very satisfied. After a long drive it felt very welcoming pulling up to a picturesque converted 1800s manor house with plenty of parking in the front garden area. The room itself was spacious and quiet, I opted for the double. The breakfast was freshly prepared and tasty. I didn't get a chance to try out the

area or bar. Maybe next time! There are some pretty grand communal rooms with impressive carpentry, antique furniture and comfortable...

"I did not eat either breakfast or any other meals at the hotel. However, my check in was polite and professional. My room was clean and tidy. But the paint work was very chipped and in need of redecoration. The mini fridge was switched on but did not keep anything cold. However the spa was excellent. All the facilities, swimming

, gym and other facilities were great. I had a deluxe massage in the spa which was absolutely excellent. I would certainly recommend considering the spa...

"Me and my partner had a wonderful stay at the old garage, very clean very homely and very modern, everything you could need for a break away, we did find the bed a little on the hard side but everyone has different comfort level with that, shower was amazing, host was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed on arrival, would definitely stay again if we were in the area! "
