Great Room
The hotel is in the commercial area of old town Phuket. Very convenient to travel around. The hotel atmosphere is nice and clean.The room is quite very tiny but the space usage is well organized.

DO NOT STAY - Unclean, Rude Staff, No Reception
Booked this place was it was 1. Cheap 2. Location was OK 3. Had TV / Wifi and I needed wifi to work. Have to call to arrange to check in because the hotel didn't have a reception. Called multiple times, as no one answered (cost us lots of money using a pay phone) When we arrived the next day, a small middle eastern woman met us and took us up to our room, asked for my passport and then tried to take a picture of it! Big no, no! Can be used for identity theft. WOW. Sliding glass door into the room NOT locked, someone could've climbed over rail of the walkway onto the patio and accessed our room. BE CAREFUL. Floor not vacuumed, crumbs all over, trash under the couch, dishes not cleaned properly, 3 dark hairs on bedsheets indicating weren't changed from previous occupant! TV only had 2 channels in English which were on a re-run. Wifi DID NOT WORK. I needed to work during our stay, and was relying on wifi! As no reception and didn't have a phone / and without internet couldn't contact the hotel. Walked to Starbucks, used their wifi to email the hotel. After two days with no response, called using a payphone, call wouldn't go through, a thai nearby lent us their phone as they couldnt get the payphone to work, the lady answered but hung up on us! Called back, she hung up on us again, we rephoned, said 'would look at wifi, she NEVER did. Bed is as a hard as bricks, couldn't sleep well all week, sore back which makes you cranky. Ruined our holiday and couldnt work!
