Great location - really quiet and peaceful - with a lovely outlook. Just what we needed. Spent time just watching the bellbirds feed only a few metres away. Quite special. The hosts are lovely people - very friendly and accommodating. Excellent breakfast - more than we expected - and great company. We chatted over breakfast and had a lovely time. Thanks. Simon & Jill.

The property is set in a peaceful location with gorgeous views. A perfect spot to relax and unwind and enjoy Kiwi hospitality. The room and bathroom were spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast with the hosts and other guests was the highlight and what made the stay extra special.

A delightful place to stay. Initially concerned that we weren't within walking distance of the town but actually the location and views more than compensated. The room was pristine, home cooked breakfast superb, other guests pleasant and engaging and the hosts, including Bailey, made this the most enjoyable of stays. It was my first homestay but I'd definitely do it again.

Stayed there for a couple of nights, during our visit to NZ. Very good value for the money: large room, beautiful view, very nice and helpful hosts, excellent breakfast. It more than made up for the fact that the location, a few miles out of town, wasn't perfect for us.
