All the staff at the hotel were very friendly and willing to help. I would highly recommend the breakfast at the hotel. Based on our experience we would definitely stay at the Hyatt Regency Savannah on our next trip"

"Johnnie, the spa manager was absolutely delightful and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my experience. Tanner was my masseuse, wonderful and understanding of pressure preference. The bar staff was friendly, I had a wonderful lunch and dinner. Front of desk staff ensured that I was accommodated appropriately for what I purchased through Expedia when it did not match what was booked. Friendly when the discrepancy was brought up and handled it immediately. Every member of staff that I encountered was friendly, welcoming and warm. I will be returning again! Beautiful views and wonderful southern hospitality!"
