"The house was lovely. The hot tub was not working when we arrived, which was disappointing. The water pressure is low, making showers a bit of a challenge. The master bedroom did not have great window coverings. The items available in the kitchen was limited. The rest of the house was roomy and comfortable. The view of the mountains and location to Jasper was incredible."

"As mentioned in an earlier evaluation of the VRBO process, this was the first instance of my using VRBO where the host contacted us prior to check in to ensure we had no concerns. This was so welcome as I wasn't sure how to get to the property and the host representative was so helpful. Previous occurrences the host has been very difficult to contact resulting in difficult check in. Excellent work Conner!"
