The host was very responsive. The house fit all of us- which was 10 people. It was a very pretty house and we all felt like we were at home!!! The hot tub is absolutely huge and we were very impressed with that. The coffee was even high quality and we quite enjoyed our stay!
We only stayed one night at this property but wish it had been more! It was an amazing house and my family absolutely loved playing pool! We would 100% stay here again! Jasper is a great town to explore.
We enjoyed the home very much. It was as nice as advertised. It provided plenty of room for our family, and the huge hot tub was very relaxing after multiple day hikes
Great space for families. Thoughtful set up with games and comfy couches. We’ll set up kitchen. Host was very responsive with the finicky hot tub. We would absolutely recommend and would stay here again!
We had a great time at the property which had a very spacious accommodation. The location was close to Hinton and an easy drive into Jasper - the Columbia Icefield was easy to reach. The hot tub enabled a couple a lazy evenings in.
Overall, we were very happy with the property. It was a great size for a family trip, including 3 couples and an infant. It was a great location and quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed the large hot tub! We highly recommend the Folding Mountain Brewery as well!
When renting the property, plan to arrive with toilet paper and other toiletries, tissues, etc. as it had minimal available upon arrival.
Wonderful home with plenty of space for our family to stretch out after some great days of hiking. Beautiful yard surrounded by the mountains. Kitchen was well equipped. The pool table and hot tub were a hit with the kids!
This property was amazing we have always loved the mountains. This property is a gem in the mountains, everything was perfect. All the furniture is so comfortable from the living room to the bedrooms and the pillows! We had everything we needed for our stay and check out was simple in the end. We would highly recommend anyone wanting to stay here to not miss out. The brewery was great the Hot Tub/Pool and the fire pit, it checked all the boxes for us.
It was everything we needed. Home was spacious and had enough room for 8 adults to hang out. As well enough room to have our own space. Perfect for us and our long weekend of skiing. It was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Had an issue with the hot tub that unfortunately they were not able to rectified while we stayed at no fault to the property manager. They made it right for us. Will stay again.
Great stay! The property was clean and communication was phenomenal! Basic things made this 4 stars rather than 5. The amenities that you would expect from a 5 star were not present, (one of the bathroom sinks plugs, towel rack not secured, only 1 small well used pan available, upon arrival, only one dishwasher pod was available for a family of 5 for a 4 day stay). The hottub was amazing! One of the highlights of the house for sure! Overall, a great stay! Jasper is a beautiful resort town and about a 30 minute drive away!
The house was lovely and huge with many rooms and bathrooms to share. Nice area to sit and read while enjoying the sunrise with a cup of coffee/tea. Located within Jasper Park. Saw lots of wildlife around the property itself! House is close to Sulphur Skyline Trail/Miette Spring areas. Town is about 30 min away and easy to hike there, eat dinner, and then drive back to the stay. Firepit and hot tub are great for after hiking, although we did not use the hottub...but we did do smores for old times sake. Communication with host on how to check in and check out were great. Shy is very responsive, and everything went smoothly!
Our group of seven people was pleased with our stay at this house. The large living area was a lovely gathering space, and the furniture was very comfortable. We enjoyed using both the hot tub/swim spa and the fire pit. We were disappointed to discover a few maintenance issues, but the owner sent a very capable handyman to fix them the next morning. We discovered more later, but we did not ask for immediate fixes for them, since our stay was only 3 nights. The house is on a large lot with several similar houses nearby. It feels remote but is only a 14 minute drive to the town of Hinton. There is also a brewery/restaurant and pizza food truck within walking distance of the house. The house’s location is very close to one of the entrances to Jasper National Park, but it is about a 40 minute drive through the park to many of the more visited park sights, and to the town of Jasper. We visited Banff National Park later in our trip, and it made us appreciate how much less crowded it was at Jasper National Park.

Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness
When we arrived to check in at 4 pm, nothing was cleaned from the last guests. For a property that stresses adherence to check-in and checkout times to ensure cleanliness, they failed. Nothing had been done. Beds were used, floors were dirty garbages not emptied. The owner suggested we leave and come back at 6. We declined as there is nowhere to go. We sat in the living room while the cleaning team was in. We thought we would watch a movie. Alas, the wifi was out. The beds were remade, bathrooms cleaned and the team left. The floors weren’t swept or carpets vacuumed. We never had wifi all weekend and had to use our cell data to watch tv. Everything else about the property is as listed and it was a great place to spend time with family. Very cozy. For our trouble we got half our cleaning fee refunded. For the price we paid for the house l, expected more compensation for our troubles, but at least it is something.
