"Great old hotel.. the place is set up for weddings in "ball rooms", and where there was once a pub. The room we had was very nice, comfortable bed, clean, nice staff, and we had everything we needed. There's no breakfast service in the mornings, but there are some great options nearby. The town is ideal for a stroll with cute shops, bakeries, restaurants and pubs all within walking distance, and it's a short drive to visit other towns...Definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in this area. "My wife and I had a very enjoyable 3-night experience at this tiny house/cottage. It's a couple minute drive from a small quiet beach on the Ottawa River and there are many good places to hike in the area. And to have fresh eggs from their chickens was great! "
