Location doesn't get better than this - the suite is located in Whistler's Marketplace Lodge, directly above grocery and liquor stores, and a stone's throw away from Whistler's best shopping and dining scene. You will also have access to the building's hot tub, the perfect place to relax after an epic day of skiing or mountain biking. After your hot tub, relax by the fireplace or sit by the window to take in the beautiful sights and watch other visitors stroll by.

ROOMS: - Room 1: Primary bedroom, Queen bed, ensuite bathroom, A/C unit available in the summer - Room 2: Kids bedroom/Den, 1 set of 2 twin bunk beds. This room has a black out curtain for privacy instead of a door, doesn't have a window, and is best for kids or adults who don't mind a tight fit. - Living room: Double size pull-out couch with memory foam mattress
LOCATION: Marketplace lodge is located right in the heart of the Whistler village next to the Olympic Plaza. Everything is within walking distance. You'll be right next to the grocery store, liquor store, pharmacy, coffee shops, Valley Trail, and bus stops.
In the winter, the base of the mountain is a 10 minute walk down the beautiful village stroll. In the summer, bike trails to local lakes and viewpoints are on your doorstep. If you're looking to visit other parts of town, the bus stop is right outside the complex. There is a free shuttle in the winter, and in the summer you can hop on your bike to connect to Whistler's Valley Trail which will take you to local lakes and parks. Unless you're going to Creekside or local neighborhoods, you probably won't need to drive or take a taxi at all!
PARKING: Free underground secure parking is available at the complex for one vehicle (the parking garage clearance is 6'9")

So easy to get to, located right in the village and has a great balcony that overlooks Olympic plaza.Ownership is attentive and friendly, highly recommend the VRBO.
We very impressed with the condo, its furnishings, lots of supplies...dishes, glassware, etc and cleaning products. Great location...a little noisy as we looked over a large children's playground.

The host was super nice, and the place was beautiful and very clean. We loved the mudroom area where we could store all our ski gear, really convenient! The instructions were clear and made our stay smooth and hassle-free. It's in a great location, with shops and shopping areas close by. We'd love to stay here again!

The place was exactly as described and the location was even better than we expected. Right in the Whistler village, walking distance to all shops and restaurants, and great place to be. The rooms were comfortable and clean and all amenities were very good. Host was very easy to talk to and super responsive. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

This was a beautiful apartment right in the heart of whistler village and immediately next to a large playground, which was perfect t for our toddler. The apartment itself was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend getaway. We would absolutely stay here again.

Such great communications to make the pre, during and post stay easy. Quick and useful responses. The location is perfect as it's by the biggest supermarket in Whistler. For families it's handy as you can see the main play area (in Whistler) out from the window of the apartment. Happily stay again if with my family.

Wow - what a beautiful place right in the center of the action in Whistler. Every possible amenity was present, the layout is brilliant. There were only two of us and it felt very very spacious - would be fine for four, good even for six. Would love to come back in winter!
This will be our go to place for staying in Whistler in the future.

We had a great time staying here! Christine was very responsive and gave us all the information we needed during our stay. Whistler is beautiful with lots to do and this apartment in the middle of the village was super well connected, allowing us to walk everywhere with ease. I would recommend this place.

The place was super clean and inviting. It had all the listed amenities. The master bedroom mattress was super comfy. The location was perfect; a lot of stores and coffee shops right downstairs and the Fresh St Market was super close as well. 10/10.
A little pricey for the property but I guess that is the holidays in Whistler now!

Great condo in a great location
Centrally located and just steps from your morning coffee fix, grocery store, and other shops in the Marketplace. If you have kids, the park is right outside the building and our kids had a ball there after our days on the mountain.
The condo was clean, just the right size, and up to date. Kids are the best fit for the bunk room.

We couldn’t have asked for a better location especially with two little kids. We did not ski but spent time at the playground which was literally 2 mins from the apartment door. It was also very convenient to the grocery story and lots of choices for food. The open hot tub was great. The apartment has everything you need. The in-house laundry is very helpful. We used the master and the pull out sofa bed. Both were very comfortable. Bring your own Kleenex if that’s something you use. Communication with the management company was great.

X-mas holiday get away
Spent 3 nights during the Christmas holidays with the wife and 2 daughters. Great hosts who put up a wreath on the door, small Christmas LED tree in side the room, box of chocolates and a bottle of champagne in the refrigerator to welcome us. This was well done and appreciated!
Pros: Located centrally, close to a grocery store in the plaza itself, 2 coffee shops within 50 feet. Having 2 bathrooms was convenient. Underground reserved parking allowed us to drive to the drop off zone near the ski lifts without having to remove the skis/boots from the car. It's too far to walk with skis and boots on hand, instead consider the shuttle right outside the Plaza. There is also coffee, sugar and condiments in the kitchen which is convenient.
Cons: NOISE. Beware that the price you pay for being located in the village is the noise. The Olympic plaza park is directly across the window and there is foot traffic late into the night with bright lights from the decorated trees. But it quietens down after 12 midnight. We were also unfortunate in having people on the unit above us who were very noisy stomping around and partying late into the night. Had to call the cops on one night who talked to them which helped. The units are small, not very well insulated so you can hear neighbors speaking, water running in the toilet etc. Unit is tastefully furnished with basic necessities. Not luxurious by any means but clean and comfortable.
Overall, we paid a lot more for the unit probably because it was the holidays.
In the future, I would consider staying away from the village itself.
We has a great stay at Village North. Space was comfortable for the family. Easy to walk to the hill and village. Close to groceries and restaurants and kids park.
