The second and third floors remain fully available, and guests also have exclusive access to the Coach House on the property, which includes additional sleeping space (queen bed and a pull out sofa bed), a bathroom, and a kitchenette

⌂ No smoking, no pets, no parties, bikes and skis can be stored in the private garage. Minimum booking age of 25.
⌂ Base occupancy is 12 adults and max occupancy is 14 adults. The 13th and 14th adult pay C$35 per night per person. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge.
