The unit we were in was old and broken down. The furniture was in disrepair and old.

We have stayed in various units in the Aspens over the years but this unit was not as good as the rest. It was dated and the bed was no longer attached to the bed-frame. Screws missing - a simple fix but overlooked all the same. There was a large picture frame under the bed that was caked with dust. The duvet cover was for a double or a queen bed so it didn’t fit properly on the king bed. Pillow cases were too small and didn’t fit properly over the pillows. We paid a lot of money for a unit that was not serviced during our stay and required us to clean all surfaces and remove all garbage and recycling before we left.

Love the location & amenities at Aspens! Condo was stocked & cleaned enough for the few nights we stayed but could use some TLC. Both toasters & kettle didn’t work, found food on floor between fridge & counter & dirty cloth on bathroom floor. Could have added that the parking garage door code is found on the ticket after you buy it from lobby.

Canada stay
Had to check in somewhere else not at the property. When I found where I had to check in, they didn’t now I was staying there. No air conditioning that would have been very nice. Otherwise a nice stay. The young lady on the front desk at the Aspens very helpful.
