Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....

People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

"It was a lovely and pleasant stay in Oxford with my family. Loved the house with a nice interior design touch, also very practical. All the instructions were in place to use the kitchen appliances. Looking at the photos, I wasn't sure about the size of the property before our stay, but it was spacious enough for our family of 5. Thank you"

"Was told by Expedia that I had the property to myself but when I arrived I realised I was sharing with 3 other people. Property was supposedly called ‘the cottage’ but turns out this was next door’s place. Parking was basically none existent in the end as the other people had their car(s) on the very small driveway. Only things I can say were good was that the WiFi was a decent speed considering how rural the area was, and the bed was very comfortable."

The restaurant was lovely as was the food and the cocktails and the service was impeccable. The room was a family room and was huge! No falling over each other loads of space, plus an added touch the fan was already running when we got there as it was a warm day, thank you. Tiny issue with team doors banging in the morning (not unreasonable time but nonetheless) but this will not stop booking another visit at all. "
