"Immaculate accommodation, on quiet side street,10-15 mins walk from main shopping streets. Similar walking distance to friendly Methodist church. Excellent cooked to order breakfast. Hosts helpful in advising where to eat dinner."
"Excellent value for money. The property is slightly dated but the room was ultra clean and the facilities were great. The owners are really friendly and I couldn’t fault the location! A short walk to the railway station, sea front and town centre but still quiet. "
"Warm welcome by the host, explained everything you need to know. The bed was really comfortable, room was spacious and tidy, even had a fan which was welcome as the nights where in the 20s. Breakfast was gorgeous, cereals,full english or if you asked for anything similar they'd do it, the coffee was lovely, they also catered for the continental visitors. Spacious car park and a nice ten minute walk to the seaside. Overall i would recommend The George and would certainly visit again.

We’d probably choose a room without a sea view next time- the tractor that rakes the sand starts around 6.30am and the main road in front is noisy. Thoroughly recommend"
