"Property is in a good location."

"We booked this property solely because it offered a late airport transfer to the hotel. I called the hotel the morning of our flight to confirm this and they gave me the number again to call when I arrived at the baggage claim. However, that night I was told they didn’t offer an airport transfer and then was connected over to another person in the hotel who never answered. We ended up all taking Ubers. When we arrived the woman at the front desk was very apologetic and said she was working on setting up Ubers for another family and couldn’t answer our calls. So they do not actually have a transfer, but instead book your uber? After a very long day of traveling with three kids under 5 it was frustrating "

"Our room had an awful chemical smell and we had to request to move to another room which the front desk person was able to do quickly. The new room didn’t smell but there was hair in the bathroom and there was a man in the next room who was screaming and yelling when we were trying to go to bed."

"The hotel was great. The staff was very helpful and inviting. They have a really nice heated pool. And the room was spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again."

"Service was slow to check in lobby had people hanging around asking for sheets to dress their rooms I assume they were homeless and staying in available rooms . Counter personnel seemed overwhelmed and disorganized . They didn’t have any more key cards available he had to leave the desk for long periods to open rooms for guest waiting . Finally got to the room and it was not cleaned and still a mess hotel halls and elevator smelled strongly of marijuana . Ended up staying elsewhere. "
